What is MultiSIM?

MultiSIM lets you use additional SIM cards or eSIMs on different devices with one main SHOKO SIM or eSIM. You share one plan and manage one account. The number of additional cards depends on your plan.
How does it work in everyday life?
ISIM:
In a vehicle: keep your main SIM in a mobile router and install an additional eSIM on your phone. You can use the phone away from the router without paying for a second plan.
For two drivers: each driver can use a compatible device with an additional SIM or eSIM, within the limits of the main plan.
For a family: share one plan across eligible devices and manage one account. All cards must be used in the same country.

How much does MultiSIM cost?

The MultiSIM option has no additional subscription fee for SHOKO customers. The additional MultiESIM offered on this page costs €12.
How many additional SIMs or eSIMs can I link?
ISIM
The limit depends on your plan: SHOKO 100 allows one additional SIM or eSIM; SHOKO 200 allows two.
How do I get started?
ISIM
Order an additional MultiESIM and enter the number of your main SHOKO SIM or eSIM in the order form. Follow the installation and activation instructions you receive.
Can I make calls or send SMS with an additional card?
ISIM
No. Additional SIM cards and eSIMs in MultiSIM provide internet access only.
Can I combine a physical SIM with an eSIM?
ISIM
Yes. You can use a physical SIM and an eSIM together.
How do I link an additional card?
ISIM
Enter your main SHOKO SIM or eSIM phone number when ordering. Contact ISIM support if you need help with activation. The team will verify your details before linking the additional card.
Can the main and additional cards be used in different countries?
ISIM
No. The main SIM or eSIM and all additional cards must be in the same country. For example, you cannot use the main card in Germany and an additional card in Poland at the same time.
