How does it work?

SHOKO provides specially developed exclusive plans that can operate in networks of different mobile operators — as long as they meet SHOKO’s high quality standards.

The starter pack is an eSIM that includes instructions and the starting balance of the chosen plan.

Your eSIM and setup instructions will be sent directly to your email. Your plan will arrive pre-activated with your selected data and service package already on the balance.

Choose Your Delivery Date:

When placing your order, you can select one of two delivery options:

• Option 1: Receive eSIM Tomorrow You will receive your eSIM via email on the next business day (approximately at 7:00 PM).
• Please note: In this case, your data and service package will be valid from the date of receipt until the last day of the current month.
• Option 2: Receive eSIM on the 1st of Next Month You will receive your eSIM via email on the 1st day of the following month (approximately at 7:00 PM). Your starting balance will be ready to use from the 1st until the last day of that month.

⚠️ Important Billing Information:

• Billing Cycle: Our plans are calculated from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month.
• Renewals: To keep your service active, the subscription fee for the following month must be paid by the 28th of the current month.

Your delivery date depends on the option you select during checkout. You can choose when to receive your eSIM (QR code) via email:

• 150 GB Plan: Includes one additional SIM or eSIM for FREE.

• 65 GB Plan: The Multi-SIM option is available as an add-on for just €2 per month.

Installing SHOKO eSIM is very easy!

You will receive detailed instructions to your email.

The steps are as follows:

1. Scan the QR code you received by email.
2. Set the eSIM as your primary SIM.
3. Choose and pay for the plan as instructed — and start using it

SHOKO plans are designed for people who frequently travel across countries.

There are:

• No restrictions on using data in any listed country,
• No limits on how long you stay in each country,
• No need to visit the operator’s home country

As of today, there are no additional restrictions.

You can top up your account with any bank card.
Detailed instructions will be sent to your email along with the eSIM.

If the account is not topped up by the 28th of the current month, the subscription will not be renewed for the next month and the number will be put on pause.

Please pay the subscription fee by the 28th of each month. If you don’t plan to use SHOKO in a particular month, simply do not top up the account. You can skip top-ups for up to 3 months.

The operator is currently working on adding automatic subscription payments.
This option is not yet available.

eSIM is a virtual SIM card that can be installed remotely on devices that support this technology.
It works exactly like a physical SIM card.
