How to activate eSIM?
We have sent a QR code to your email. To download it to your device and use it, just follow a simple instruction:
ISIM recommendation: After connecting to the network, enter the command *103# and further confirm by pressing 1. The command will disable all possible additional options;
To check the number of available Internet Gb, enter *108*5#
To change the language of SMS messages from the operator to English, enter the command *133#, then enter the number 2 and confirm by pressing 1.

For iOS devices (Apple)
Go to the device settings, select "Mobile data" -> "Add mobile plan" and point the camera at the QR code.
For Android devices
Go to the device settings, in the "Connections" -> "SIM card management" section.
Click "Add mobile data plan", select "Add using QR code" and point the camera at the QR code.

To check the remaining minutes of calls, sms and internet traffic, dial *121# or *108*5# and press the call button.
To re-order Internet package and get additional 30Gb or 50Gb per month, top up your account with the amount sufficient to pay for the package and dial *700# and call, further confirm by pressing 1 and further confirm again by pressing 1. Wait for SMS confirmation from the operator that the package is connected and for reliability, check the balance of the Internet with the command 108*5#.

The expiration date of the starter pack is indicated in the email received along with the QR code. This is the date until which you can activate the starter pack.
The SIM card will remain operational if you top up the balance at least once every 6 months.

The first step is to check whether the option "Data roaming" or "Data roaming" is enabled in the device settings - the function must be enabled.
The second step is to check whether the "Data transfer" option is enabled in the device settings - the function must be enabled.
The third step, try to replenish your account with 1$ (40 UAH). In some countries, operators require that there be a minimum balance on the balance sheet. You can top up your account on the operator's website, with any bank card https://oplata.lifecell.ua/uk. After topping up, restart your device.
If 3 steps did not help? Try manually configuring your device as follows:

These are standard settings that are suitable for 95% of devices. If your device does not contain such settings, then read the instructions for setting up APN on the manufacturer's website.

- You can order service settings using the combination *123*6# or by sending an SMS to number 123 with the text:
- INTERNET - to get Internet settings for a phone or tablet;
- ALL - to get the settings that the device supports.
Android device settings:
- Go to the "Settings" menu;
- Select "Connections" or "Wireless networks" (depending on the version of Android);
- Select "Mobile networks";
- Select "Access Points";
- Click in the upper right corner of the screen on "Add" or "+" (depending on the version of Android);
- Write in the "Name" field - the name of the access point that the operator sent in the settings;
- Write in the field "Access Point" - APN, which was sent by the operator in the settings;
- In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the menu (three dots) and select "Save". Sometimes the save button will be at the bottom of the screen;
- Restart your device;
- Enable "Data roaming" or "Data roaming" in the settings;
- Turn on data transfer.
IOS device settings (Apple):
- Go to the "Options" or "Settings" menu;
- Select "Mobile data" or "Mobile data;
- Select "Mobile networks" or "Cellular";
- Select "Access Points" or "Cellular Data Network;
- Write in the field "APN" - APN, which was sent by the operator in the settings;
- Leave the rest of the fields blank and click the "Save" button if the device offers;
- Restart your device;
- Enable "Data roaming" or "Data roaming" in the settings;
- Turn on data transfer.
These are standard settings that are suitable for 95% of devices. If your device does not contain such settings, then read the instructions for setting up APN on the manufacturer's website.
If the phone is not registered to the local operator's network automatically:
- Check the balance of the Internet and funds - they must be positive;
- Reboot your phone (turn off and on after 10-15 seconds);
- Select a roaming operator's network manually.
Just dial the number in international format, starting with +(country code)(area or operator code)(telephone number)
If you have connected additional services, you can disconnect them using the command *112#
If you are using a tariff and want to activate another tariff from the recommended ISIM tariff, activate it in the application as described in the instructions below. In the application settings, you can change the language to English. If you cannot change the tariff through the application, then follow the steps below:
1. The tariff plan, which provides 50Gb for 12 euros (500 UAH) is called "SMART FAMILY - L"
In order to switch to this tariff plan enter the combination *253# , answer 3, then answer 1 and wait for SMS from the operator with confirmation of tariff connection. After receiving the SMS, top up your account for UAH 500 and get 50GB for 28 days.
2. How to activate the tariff plan 30Gb for 7 euros, if you already use the tariff specified in point 1?
The tariff plan that provides 30Gb for 7 euros (275 UAH) is called "GADGET TABLET".
Enter the combination *510*3# and answer 1. Wait for SMS from the operator that the tariff is connected. Next, top up your account for UAH 275 and get 30Gb of Internet for 28 days.
ATTENTION: If you switch (connect) to another tariff from a tariff plan, the monthly cost of which exceeds UAH 275, then to switch (connect) to a cheaper tariff plan you need to have UAH 75 on your account (fee for switching (connection) to a cheaper tariff plan).
