How to activate eSIM?

We have sent a QR code to your email. To download it to your device and use it, just follow a simple instruction:

  1. Make sure you are connected to uninterrupted internet;
  2. We recommend connecting to WiFi;
  3. Scan the QR code with the device you want to install eSim on. To do this, open the QR code on another device: computer, phone or tablet;
  4. Install eSIM, enable Data Roaming in the device settings and surf the Internet.

ISIM recommendation: After connecting to the network, enter the command *103# and further confirm by pressing 1. The command will disable all possible additional options;

To check the number of available Internet Gb, enter *108*5#

To change the language of SMS messages from the operator to English, enter the command *133#, then enter the number 2 and confirm by pressing 1.

What should I do if the device's camera does not scan the QR code?

For iOS devices (Apple)

Go to the device settings, select "Mobile data" -> "Add mobile plan" and point the camera at the QR code.

For Android devices

Go to the device settings, in the "Connections" -> "SIM card management" section.
Click "Add mobile data plan", select "Add using QR code" and point the camera at the QR code.
